Jim Hoselton is the founder and visionary leader of Preservation Services. His career in the roofing industry dates back to the mid 70’s. This breadth of experience provides unique perspective as a roofing mechanic, foreman, salesman, superintendent, owner, and leader of this highly successful, customer focused organization. Jim is highly respected by both his peers and clients, who trust his ability to provide fiscally.
Frank joined Preservation Services in the spring of 2020, charged with taking over the day to day operations. He brings with him 15 years of roofing and architectural sheet metal project management experience. Frank’s leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the industry were evident from day one.
Brennan is the hands-on manager that touches everything we do. He is excellent at turning complex problems into client solutions. He is responsible for turning sales into successes.
Nick has 20 years of field and supervisory experience, earning him an expert knowledge of all roofing systems. He is responsible for service operations, sales, emergency response, and small projects. Having been a service technician himself, he has a keen understanding of what both clients and staff need to succeed.
Sharon joined the Preservation Services team in 2008 and has been the office manager since 2012. She does it all: accounting, insurance, and HR. Nothing gets by her. She is a fabulous asset to the company, making sure that all things go as planned.
Administrative Assistant/Media Content Manager
Lexi has a degree in both Creative Writing and Graphic Design and is behind all of Preservation Services’ media content and communications. Her versatility has her assisting everyone in the office from payroll to invoicing to presentations. She has a special talent for getting things done right the first time.
